I'm a Los Angeles-based photographer specializing in headshots, portraits, model test shoots, and digitals for actors, creatives, entrepreneurs, and emerging models.
Before I picked up a camera professionally, I spent four years as an executive assistant to Kathryn Moore, CEO of KM & Associates, a boutique talent agency here in Los Angeles. In that role, I was the first point of contact for client submissions — responsible for evaluating headshots, selecting images for specific roles, and helping develop non-traditional talent. That experience included working with the late Matt McGrory, who played Karl the Giant in Tim Burton's Big Fish. I wasn't just watching how the industry worked — I was part of making it work.
My relationship with visual storytelling runs deeper than photography. For 18 years, I taught screenwriting at the University of Southern California and writing for television at New York University — shaping the next generation of storytellers, including filmmaker Ryan Coogler, whose work speaks for itself. That foundation in narrative structure, character, and visual language informs everything I do behind the lens. When I frame a shot, I'm not just thinking about composition — I'm thinking about story.
As a working actor with television credits myself, I also understand firsthand what it feels like to stand in front of a camera and need images that truly represent you. That experience lives in every shoot I do — in the patience, the direction, and the genuine investment in helping each person find their most authentic moment.
Now as a photographer, I bring all of that — the agency insider's eye, the storyteller's instinct, and the actor's empathy — to every session. Whether I'm working with an actor building their first professional headshot package, an entrepreneur developing their personal brand, or an emerging model creating images for agency submission, my approach is always the same.
